JetBlue Mint

We overhauled JetBlue’s Mint amenity program through innovative product curation and packaging design that won multiple awards from 2020-2024. The amenity bags themselves, crafted from thick washed paper, were intentionally designed to be reused or recycled. We created over 1.5 million kits, onboarded 75+ brands, and oversaw every aspect from product design to onboard personnel training. We integrated a QR code strategy on our amenity kit marketing collateral that drove to a bespoke ecommerce page so customers could easily shop the kits, and supported marketing with photoshoots and social media campaigns.
